I was lucky to spend some time with Paspaley creative director Christine Salter on my most recent trip to Hamilton Island. The story behind the Family business is a beautiful one, 80 years of pearling heritage! The family romance with these south sea treasures is full of passion (Oh, and they throw a lunch like no other!
